Gene Moore, Tiffany & Co., VP of Window Display

The whole idea of window displays, according to Gene Moore, is to get people to look at it and in order to do that, the display needs to somehow fit together. People who pass by are more interested in how different it is from everything else, for example, people don’t look at signs, they’ll look at handwriting. I completely agree with Gene Moore because it’s all about catching the attention of the people no matter how big or small the display is. The point is to get them to see things the way he sees them, not just to look.
